Experience

At least 8 to 10 years’ experience required in the position of contracts manager in the field of civil construction works. Candidates will be required to have experience in contractual matters dealing with documents such as JBCC, NEC, FIDIC and GCC documents.

Qualifications

Preferably qualified with a minimum of a diploma in civil engineering or construction management.

Required Skills

Good communication skills with regards to client liaison, contract planning, scheduling, cost exercises and reporting, managing multiple contracts at any given time. Good understanding of engineering, design and execution of works accordingly.

Traits

Commitment, outspoken, confident, able to identify and mitigate risk, skilled with regards to written contractual letters and correspondence.
