Oxford Parks is a vibrant mixed-use precinct, comprising premium offices, apartments and penthouses, as well as niche supporting retail, restaurants and cafés, all situated within an exceptionally high-quality, privately managed and walkable public environment – a harmonious blend of business, life and leisure. This high quality lifestyle precinct is being developed as  a Green Star precinct, one of the first of its kind in South Africa. Green precincts create healthy environments with reduced ecological footprints and well designed and connected public spaces.

Phase 1 of Oxford parks is currently under construction, it will comprise three office blocks and a hotel with convenience retail and restaurants on the ground floor. All the buildings in this phase will be linked by a landscaped public piazza.

Commercial office space will be built to a P Grade standard to reach a minimum of a 4 Star Green Star rating. GeoCiv Group completed construction of the Lateral support on Phase 1 and Phase 2 in 2018, and recently successfully completed construction of the Lateral Support and Piling on Phase 2 Extension. Soil nails and anchors totalling 16 000m in length were used with over 3,800m2 Shotcrete sprayed and a total of 250 large diameter auger piles installed.

Phase 1 was completed in March 2017 and Phase 2 was completed in September 2017. Phase 2 Extension was from January 2019 until May 2019.
